Heath Lane MC App

The Heath Lane Medical Centre app will allow our patients  to access everything they need through one central location.  They will be able to update their records, order a prescription and book an online appointment.  It also includes useful tools such as ‘Self Help Health Videos’ which help patients to self  manage their health and well being and a phone book which holds the numbers of local services.  Download to find out more!
